As a core team member on the project, I co-led the strategic migration and workflow architecture to replace legacy project management tooling with a custom, enterprise-grade Airtable ecosystem. The primary objective was to align three distinct campaign production verticals into a single, standardized operational framework. Through deep workflow analysis across interdisciplinary teams, we identified core operational patterns to define strict system requirements for process consistency and cross-departmental alignment.
Following a vendor selection phase, we partnered with external developers to design and build a multi-layered Airtable architecture. This involved structuring the foundational data layer, configuring automated workflows, and building custom operational dashboards tailored to campaign creative teams. The resulting platform serves as a centralized engine for master campaign planning, intake briefs, and end-to-end program management.
The system introduced holistic, real-time capacity planning across all production verticals, replacing fragmented estimates with data-driven resource allocation. By embedding project-level financial tracking directly into the workspace, the tool enables live actuals-versus-forecast budget monitoring, ensuring accurate financial management and operational visibility across the entire campaign lifecycle.
